Importantly:
- It costs you nothing extra. The price you pay is exactly the same whether you use our link or go directly to the provider. The commission comes from the company’s marketing budget, not from you.
- It does not influence our opinions. We rank and recommend tools based on how well they serve small landlords — not based on which company pays the highest commission. We routinely recommend free tools (which often pay us little or nothing) when they’re the best fit, and we publish the genuine weaknesses of every product, including those we earn from.
- We only recommend tools we believe in. We don’t promote products we wouldn’t suggest to a friend in the same situation.
Why we use affiliate links
Running a website that researches, tests, and continually updates software reviews takes time and money. Affiliate commissions let us keep the entire site free for you, with no paywalls and no subscription. We think this is the fairest model: you get independent information at no cost, and we only earn when we’ve helped you find something worth signing up for.
